La construction de ce monstre de b\u00e9ton et de m\u00e9tal commence en 1969 et durera 25 ans, avec la collaboration de nombreux artistes, en tout premier lieu Niki de Saint Phalle.\u00a0<\/p><p>La composante acoustique retrouv\u00e9e dans de nombreuses oeuvres de Jean Tinguely est centrale \u00e0 cette pi\u00e8ce, un \u00ab\u00a0voyage imaginaire\u00a0\u00bb par Yann Brecy et Luca Bagnoli pens\u00e9 comme un paysage sonore du Cyclop. Sont tir\u00e9s de la sculpture de 22 m\u00e8tres de haut les sons de ses m\u00e9canismes, engrenages, repr\u00e9sentation th\u00e9\u00e2trale, tintements m\u00e9talliques et la machinerie en perp\u00e9tuel mouvement qui caract\u00e9rise l&rsquo;oeuvre collective du Cyclop.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23925d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23925d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A partir d\u2019une vingtaine d\u2019heures d\u2019enregistrement de tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sonores (grincement des rouages, entrechoquement de boules et tiges en m\u00e9tal\u2026), une travers\u00e9e imaginaire du monstre de 8 minutes a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/p><p>L\u2019installation, dispos\u00e9e dans un grand escalier, invite les participants de l\u2019exposition \u00e0 prendre conscience de l\u2019immensit\u00e9, la verticalit\u00e9 et la simultan\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u0153uvre au travers de sa composante sonore.
